Media Arts
The Media Arts Program encompasses a variety of artistic traditions, team settings, and tools—giving students several options to choose from. Students interested in digital communication can choose from one of five unique programs to develop highly transferable skills in Environmental Advocacy, Graphic Design, Yearbook, and Photojournalism.
In Graphic Art and Design, students will use the professional software of the Adobe Creative Suite to explore topics such as advertising, book creation, and image development. A highlight of the arts program is the student-led creation of our annual yearbook. Throughout the year, our student writers and photographers collect stories and pictures to create the 300-plus pages of the Brentwood College School yearbook. As well, our photojournalist team produces daily blog articles that are posted on the Brentwood main website and generate 25,000 views annually.
