In The Light of Dreams
The annual Evening of Dance finally arrived at Brentwood College School this Thursday and Friday and the Bunch Theatre was be filled with skillful solos, dazzling duets, and graceful group performances.
This year’s production included ballet (wow, Shalise B), hip-hop, tasteful tap, and more by a talented team of male and female dancers who have practiced for months in order to amaze the Brentwood audience; they were more than successful in reaching their goal.
Some students choreographed their own impressive dances, which they executed flawlessly. Tamsyn C, Michelle M, Youngeun Y, Sally S, James C, Andrew K, Kai P, Rebecca M and more performed their stunning self-made solos, which wowed the crowd and inspired the audience.
Zoe B not only inspired the audience with her own choreographed dance, but dropped jaws with her impressive spiral spinning and hand standing moves. It was nothing short of spectacular. Gasps from the audience and a booming round of applause were well deserved after an amazing performance.
