Welcome to the Brentwood Centenary Bash!

We look forward to hosting you for an amazing celebration of the 100th anniversary of the founding of Brentwood in 1923!

The evening comprises of a cocktail reception, long-table dinner, and dancing under the big tent on the Campbell Common all culminating in a fantastic drone show over the waters of Mill Bay.

Saturday, June 22 at Brentwood College School, Campbell Commons

3:00 to 5:00 pm - Saturday Overnight Guest Check-in

5:00 pm - Doors Open - Dinner Guest Registration

5:00 to 6:30 pm - Cocktail Reception

6:30 to 9:00 pm - Dinner and Formal Program

9:00 pmLive Music and Dancing

9:50 pm - Amphitheatre for Surprise Show and Toast to the Centenary

10:15 to 12:00 midnight - After party Live music and Dancing 

10:30 pm - First buses leave to The Westin Bear Mountain, Langford Westshore Mall, Mill Bay, Cobble Hill and Duncan - PLEASE REGISTER HERE by June 10 if you plan to take the shuttle bus.

12:00 midnight - Event Concludes - Last shuttle buses to leave

What to Wear?!

  • Summer Cocktail Party Attire -  Somewhere between Business Casual and Semi-Formal wear. We will be outside under the tent so expect the evening to get cool. Watch the forecast…

  • Footwear - We will be on grass for dinner and dancing so heels might not be the best choice!

Here’s what you can expect on arrival!

  • When you arrive on campus parking signs will direct you where to park.

  • Our Greeters outside of Crook’s Hall will welcome you and direct you to the next available Check-in Host who will assist you to check-in to the event.

  • Once you have registered you’ll be welcomed with a signature cocktail and off you go to have a wonderful evening!

DRESS CODE - Summer Cocktail Attire (semi formal)

Please note dinner and dancing are under the big tent on Campbell Commons. This is an outdoor event, please dress accordingly! And dancing is on the grass so think about your footwear if you plan to dance the night away….rip it up!
