$5000 for Zambian Health Initiative
Mrs. Susan Quinton, faculty sponsor of the SAC, and Jacqueline P., student chair of International fundraising projects, were pleased to present Mr. Colin Glassco, founder of the Colin Glassco Foundation, a cheque for $5,000 to help with inoculations for children in the Gwembe Valley in Zambia.
Brentwood staff and students have previously raised funds for other projects in Zambia, such as digging wells, building a school, and sending school supplies to the children of the Munakandi village. We are grateful that our eight year association with Mr. Glassco’s foundation has made a positive, tangible difference to the people in this remote and developing area of Africa.
