Junior A Volleyball 1

This weekend, Brentwood’s Junior A Volleyball team travelled to Nanaimo’s Vancouver Island University to participate in their annual tournament. There were 22 teams and we came in second in the silver division. It was a busy weekend, but the team powered through 8 games, 4 on Friday and 4 on Saturday. Our girls played great all weekend but our young Grade 9 players deserve recognition because they really came through and played hard when the team needed them. This coming weekend we are hosting ISAs here at Brentwood so make sure to come and support our team as well as the Junior Bs. Games are at the Woodward Sportsplex starting at 2:00 Friday and running through Friday afternoon. We hope to see you all there! Veronica C, Mackenzie ‘19, Captain
