Last Thursday’s Assembly featured a recognition of last term’s athletic accomplishments. Individual awards were presented to the following students: Basketball Sr Girls – Coaches’ Award – In recognition of distinguished performance: Zjaya D. Jr Girls – The Lister Trophy – For the player who best exemplifies the attributes required for outstanding leader – Rae W. Sr Boys – Hoshi Trophy – Presented to the defensive player of the year: Casper P. Sr Boys – Players’ Award – Presented for outstanding commitment to the program, teammates and the love of the game – Brendan S & Bruno C. Ice Hockey Offensive player of the Year award – Luke H Defensive Player of the Year – Lanny L Coaches Award – For Commitment & Dedication to the hockey program – Mason S.
