Soccer: Senior Girls continue their winning ways

The Senior Girls soccer team improved their league record to 4-1 with back-to-back wins in their last two games. On a beautiful spring day, the girls pulled it all together and cruised to a 4-0 victory over local rivals Shawnigan Lake School in a showcase event that thrilled the many onlookers. Goal scorers were Emma Titley, Jill Duggan, Taylor Walsh and Marta Bokowska with Megan Griffith recording her 3rd shutout of the season with an impressive effort in goal. Our defence continuously stifled any offensive attempts by Shawnigan with noteworthy tackling from Dallas Genereaux, Rachel Reynolds and Mary Nielsen. Next up on the schedule is a home game against John Barsby School on Thursday 23rd April (4:00 kick-off).
