The Biggest Bash of the Year!

This Saturday, the Grad Council is hosting the annual Snowball Dinner and Dance. The proceeds from this event will go to a bursary fund established by the graduating class for future Brentwood students. Dinner is served between 5:30 – 7pm in the cafeteria with the following menu:

Caesar Salad

Spinach and Strawberry Salad

BBQ New York Steak

Crispy Roasted Chicken

Duchesse Potatoes

Zucchini Parmesan

Garlic Bread

Layer Cake with Chocolate Ganache Icing

After dinner, the biggest dance of the year will be hosted in the sportsplex. Traditionally, junior students invite the senior student of their dreams and seniors are obliged to graciously accept. However, many students prefer to come with groups of friends–and everyone is welcome. This is a semi-formal event with a dresscode: shirts and dress pants for the gentlemen and evening wear for the ladies. The Snowball is officially hosted by Ms Beth Melhuish–who has single-handedly outwitted the fashion police by wearing the same outfit seven years in a row!
