Junior A Girls Steamroll to Victory at Mid-Island Championships

On Friday the Junior A Girls volleyball team hosted the Mid-Island Championships at the Woodward Sportsplex. The team finished the round robin in 1st place, winning every set they played. In the final, they defeated Gulf Islands and won the tournament in convincing fashion, 25-10, 25-9. The team will conclude their season next weekend at the Island Championship at Mount Douglas Secondary School in Victoria. Mr. Jordan Warner, Coach
