The Senior Girls’ Basketball team played in the North Island tournament this weekend capturing the bronze medal. They lost their first game against Cedar by 8, but put that behind them and went on to win their remaining three games against Mark Isfeld, Gulf Islands and Kwalikum. In the final game, the team came out with a 1 point victory after a 9 point comeback in the final quarter. Maddy A and Kelly R both drained threes in the final minutes. Next up for the girls is the Island Championships at SMUS this weekend.
