Ben H Signs with UBC-O Basketball

Ben H has had a remarkable high school sports career at Brentwood. He helped the school qualify for the provincial tournament for three consecutive years in both rugby and basketball, and this year led the basketball team to its best ever bronze medal finish. Ben was the deserving recipient of a number of basketball awards this season including a 1st team all-star for both Vancouver Island and at the AA provincial championship.
Ben and the rugby team are currently gearing up for their own provincial championship run, but UBC Okanagan just announced that Ben has accepted their offer to play for their basketball team next season. It should be an exciting year for Ben as UBC-O will be joining Canada’s top inter-collegiate level of competition, Canadian Interuniversity Sport (C.I.S.).
