Brentwood recently dazzled audiences with its vibrant production of Mean Girls: The High School Version, a theatrical interpretation that captured the essence of teenage life with all its drama and humor. The stage transformed into a battleground of social hierarchies, where cliques reigned supreme and the quest for popularity resembled a high-stakes game of chess. Each character, from the naïve Cady Heron, played by Sophie A, Alexandra ‘25, to the cunning Regina George, played by Kerrington G, Hope ‘26, was portrayed with a depth that resonated with the audience, making the familiar tale feel fresh and engaging.

The cast brought their characters to life with an energy that was infectious, each performance a testament to their dedication and talent. The actors embodied their roles with a passion that was nothing short of electric. The humor in the script was enhanced by the actors’ impeccable timing, turning every punchline into a delightful explosion of laughter.
