Core Dance & “On Film”

Earlier today, the Elite Dance Team competed at a highly anticipated event, the Core Dance Competition, in Nanaimo. Completing a clean sweep, the dancers placed first in all of their numbers including the Elite Team’s “Stay”, “Cell Block Tango” by Julia S, Julia B, Kara L and Hannah S, Hannah V’s “Return of the Ninja” and Noey T and Isabelle R’s “Hit the Light”. The dancers performed beautifully in their highly competitive categories, receiving valuable adjudication from renowned professional dancers Amber Funk Barton and Monica Proenca. Demonstrating their dedication and talent, the dancers gave their all on the stage, and will think of their success at the competition when preparing for the upcoming Evening of Dance.
