There are lots of variables at the Brentwood Regatta. Rain or shine? Wind or calm? Gold or Silver? 

One thing you can always rely on is the quality and the variety of the food booths created by Brentwood’s Entrepreneurship 11 students. These enterprising young businesspeople have been planning all year to ensure your gastronomical satisfaction over the course of the weekend. 

Nestled at the heart of the Regatta between the CIL (Center for Innovation and Learning) and the finish line, lies an avenue of delicious decisions. 

A team of Brentwood students volunteered earlier today to sample the fare so that you, the soon-to-be-informed consumer, can make wise decisions. Here are our findings. Enjoy!

“The Dumpling Dojo was very high quality. The service by Liam B was fantastic and the wagyu dumpling was delectable” Kate M.

“The Bagel Bar was delicious and the customer service was very good. Each bagel was made with so much care and effort.” Ryder R.

“The custom pokebowl from Pokelicious was amazing. The combination of the soft, sticky rice cooked to perfection and the fresh, finely cut vegetables matched the sauce very well.” Anna S.

“The truffle fries from Fancy Fries were fresh, crunchy and there was a perfect mix between salty and tangy. It is definitely worth a trip.” Carys G. 

“The Sunset Bowl from Acai Avenue featured a delicious mix of fresh fruits and crunchy granola, topped off with drizzles of honey or Nutella. Whether you’re fueling up or just need a cool-down snack, this is the spot.” Emily G.

“For just $5, you could get the best fluffy waffle from The Golden Waffle booth. It was topped with creamy whipped cream, fresh strawberries, and the highlight was the flavourful dough acting as a boat for the toppings. – Stella B

“The Chicken Caesar Salad Wrap from the Chicken Stop was flavorful and fresh. It is a great booth for hungry rowers – and chicken is a much lower-carbon than beef!” observed BEAT sponsor, Mr Ganley.
