The end of the first term is here and we have been able to celebrate an excellent one. Our students have traversed the province – in some case the country – pursuing all manner of academic, artistic and athletic adventures. On campus, we have been equally committed. Since September, we have run Orientation, Leaders 12, the End of Summer Bash, a Water Pong Contest, the SAC Fun Fair, Reach for the Top (and six other Interhouse events), the SAC Fun Fair, Open House events in Rogers, Whittall, Hope and Mackenzie Houses, the Grade 10 First Aid Training Day, Mental Health Awareness Day, the Air Band event, International Days and Dinners, Local Clean Up Day, Fright Week, Hiking Days, In-House Breakfasts, weekly OMNI, SPARC, SAC, GRAD and BEAT Meetings, Late Night Bowling trips, Late Night Skating trips, Movie Nights and finally, House Holiday Dinners. It is likely I have missed many other special events! Pulling all of these events together have been our staff sponsors, student committee members, our incredible RFAs, the equally incredible Food Services Team, the Laundry and Housekeeping Teams and our tireless Facilities Team. All of these people play a vital role in making the School run as it does. I want to thank everyone who has been a part of organizing these events and specifically, those staff and students who have led in each instance.
