Junior Girls Soccer 1

Yesterday afternoon the Junior Girls Soccer team had their first game of the season. The girls played well and learned a lot but lost to Shawnigan, a very tough competitor. The score was 3 to 1, with Willemijn P, Alex ‘19 scoring an amazing first goal of the season from outside the 18 yard box. The girls look forward to playing Kelsey away at 3:30 on Thursday and then attending the Junior Girls ISAs at Glenlyon Norfolk over the weekend. ISA games are 12:00 and 4:30 on Friday as well as Saturday at 12:00 and 3:00. Maya J, Hope ‘19
