Date after date, Brentwood’s Killy Theatre filled with enthusiastic students, keen to witness this year’s post-dinner show at Snowball 2019. Excited returning students filed into the front rows, hoping to be picked to participate in the highly anticipated hypnotist’s performance.

Brentwood students have been taking part in this show for a number of years and it is safe to say that this year might have been the most outstanding of them all. “That was amazing, 10/10 would recommend” said Noel P, Whittall ‘21 who was, at one point, hypnotized on stage, but had since forgotten all about it (along with his stage name, Chico) thinking that he had been in the audience for the whole show.

From the fainting of Cooper J, Rogers ‘22, to the enthusiastic boat-riding of Josh H, Whittall ‘21 and the laughter of Regina M, Allard ‘20, the entire crowd was on the edge of their seats waiting to see how their hypnotized friends might surprise them next.

Asked what the participants had thought of the show, there was a common response of “I don’t remember a thing, but I think it was ok” as voiced by Stephanie M, Mackenzie ‘20. Those of us who were able to enjoy their antics on stage would whole-heartedy share that sentiment!
