From British Columbia to Colombia

Shannyn O’C, Mckenna H, Aaron H & Daniel PS all travelled to Medellin, Colombia over the Christmas break with the Howlers, a select representative rugby team chosen from players across Canada and other countries. The trip was a combination of competitive rugby and service. On the rugby front, the girls and their team won the entire event. On the service side, the teams went into several barrios and assisted children and their families. Daniel, a Colombian, also assisted by translating. In addition, Mckenna & Ciel AB have been selected to the BC U18 7s team which will compete in the Las Vegas International 7s tournament in February.
