Penultimately, I ask you to remember what binds us – Fun, Friendship, and Family. Brentwood is more than a school, it’s a notion of what can be good in this world. Brentwood is …  A community that works as hard as it plays.  A band that chooses optimism over pessimism.  A group that is not afraid of innovation and change.  A tribe that builds on its history in De Manu In Manum fashion.  An association that is dedicated to its key cultural traits of inclusiveness, empathy, and kindness.  An organization that is committed to continuous learning and excellence.  A society of houses that are both competitive and connected.  A living body with a mind, a heart, and a soul.  A gang of all ages and stages  – from Grad 2016 to Grad 2020 – From Sarah Hall in 2015 to Steve Cowie in 1977 That is your school. That is my school. That is our family. As you leave for a well-earned holiday, fondly savor those memories. Time, as you know, is fleeting, and before we know it June will bring the end to our 2015-16 story. Music creates a pleasure in us that causes uncontrollable movement. As our last musical guest comes onto the stage, please join him in song. Feel free to connect with those around you and sing, sing, sing, sing! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=khUrN8PCiF8&feature=youtu.be Safe Travels, Happy Holidays, and see you 2016 Mr. Bud Patel, Head of School
