Tennis Team Back in Action

Although the weather tried to ruin their plans, the Brentwood Senior Tennis Team started another successful season last week. They continued their winning record with a victory over Shawnigan Lake School at the indoor tennis courts by a score of 10 sets to 1.

Wins were recorded by Georgia C, Raveena K, Mariana M, Amanda M, and Kenzie B in Girl’s Doubles and by Andjela S in girl’s singles and mixed doubles. The boys also started the season on a successful note, with wins recorded by Frankie P, Raffy C, and Minh C in boy’s doubles and by Conrad S in boy’s singles and mixed doubles.

Up next for the tennis team is a home match against Shawinigan this afternoon. Hopefully the rest of the season continues to be just as successful.
