Girls Rugby Secure Silver

This past Friday and Saturday, the Girls Rugby team participated in the McGeachie Tournament, held at the Cowichan Rugby Club. We started the tournament with a 17-5 win against Vanier: our first win against this team in several years. We then sent the Walnut Grove Gators back to Vancouver on the short end of a 30-0 score.

On Saturday we played in the finals and came second in the tournament after a 10-0 loss against Cowichan High School. The girls played very well and showed a lot of potential for the upcoming competitive season.
