2027 Summer Reunion Weekend
Friday, June 18 – Sunday, June 20, 2027.
The Summer Reunion Weekend for Brentwood alumni returns in 2027! Alumni are invited back to campus for a wonderful weekend—reliving your favourite Brentwood memories with friends from your grad class and beyond. We will start with the 10-year reunion class and onwards, celebrating milestone reunions for the classes of 1967, 1972, 1977, 1982, 1987, 1992, 1997, 2002, 2007, 2012, and 2017.
Summer Reunion 2027 Weekend Itinerary
Friday, June 18th
4:00 pm to 6:00 pm
Registration Time
Location: Foyer of Crooks Dining Hall
Details: Check in with our staff and pick up your registration package
- Guests arriving by car can park anywhere on campus.
- If you’re registered for on-campus accommodation here is a Campus Map; please note the new houses.
- Co-ed Dorms, bathrooms and shower facilities. Ideally a shared room with your family/friend, but we can arrange private rooms.
6:00 pm to 9:00 pm
Friday Night Cocktail Reception – $50.00
Location: Verda and Duncan McNeill Student Centre (inside Crooks Dining Hall)
Details: Standing mixer event with alumni, guests, and Brentwood faculty & staff
- Suggested attire: smart casual

Yoga Class
Location: Dance Studio
Details: Registration required, and yoga mats provided
Morning Yoga: Start your day with a gentle yet invigorating morning practice suitable for all levels. No experience needed—just bring an open mind and a willingness to move, breathe, and feel great! Mats are provided.

School Store Open
Location: Basement of Crooks Dining Hall (bottom of stairwell)
Details: Store staff will help you find the perfect Brentwood swag and gifts.

Free Play!
Details: choose your own activities!
- The waterfront open (10am – 3pm): water sports including kayaking, stand-up paddling, swimming*
- Rowing – Brentwood boathouse will be open and there will be a coach available to help get people onto the water. (10:30am – 12:30pm).
- Campbell Commons: lawn games including outdoor volleyball, frisbee, basketball, etc.
- Foote Athletic Centre is open 7 am – 10 am on Saturday: the Crooks Squash Courts (please bring rackets and balls), Wheaton Gym and artificial turf will be open for use (the Climbing Wall will not be open to guests)**
- Outdoor tennis courts open – please bring rackets and balls
- Campus walks; roam freely and see what the campus looks like today!
* Alumni and their guests are advised to use the waterfront at their own risk – there is no lifeguard on duty.
** In order to use the Foote Centre, please sign the Foote Centre Waiver and return it to us. We will have copies available on the weekend.

Off-Campus Activity
Location: Cobble Hill Vineyards & Cherry Point Winery
Details: Brentwood buses will transport guests to and from the venues

- Meet at the Crooks Dining Hall Entrance to catch the school bus at 1:00 pm sharp

Details: A buffet-style brunch like no other!

Details: Please ensure you have vacated your dorm room and taken all personal items with you by this time.
*Please note the schedule is subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control.
What’s Provided
- All meals, snacks, and beverages — be sure to let us know in advance if you or your guests have any critical food allergies or sensitivities – the kitchen can accommodate.
- Use of common room kitchens – if you plan to bring some of your own food, snacks, or beverages with you.
- Equipment for games and activities — with the exception of tennis rackets & squash rackets and racket game balls.
- Yoga mats – provided
- Balls for soccer, rugby, basketball, and volleyball
- Lawn games available on campus
- Transportation to and from Vineyard Tours
- Bedding and pillows in the dorm rooms for overnight guests; these are single dorm beds.
- PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS
Local Attractions
Parking
There is ample parking available on the Brentwood Campus. When you drive onto campus, please turn right at the end of the driveway and you will see a large parking lot at the very south end of the campus see Campus Map.
Campus Security
The Brentwood Campus is under video surveillance at all times; however, valuable items are left in your vehicles, at your own risk. The dorm rooms do not come equipped with locks, so please consider this when leaving valuables in the dorm rooms.
Please note that the front gates of the School will be closed and locked at 11:00 pm every night.
Guest Wireless
Choose “Brentwood Guest” as the wireless network. No password is required.

Cancellation Policy
100% refund for cancellations before June 1, 2027.
50% refund for cancellations up to June 2 – June 16, 2027, in advance of the event.
No refund for cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice.
