Everything you need to know about getting your order, and what to do if something isn’t right.

Shipping

Orders ship within 3 business days, and we email you when yours is on its way.
Shipping is one box per order, sized by your largest item.
Within Canada, by Canada Post: small $21.99, medium $24.99, large $32.99.
Abroad, by Canada Post Tracked Packet to 41 countries, including the UK, most of Europe, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, India and Mexico: small $64.95, medium $82.71, large $101.59. If your country isn’t offered at checkout, choose campus pickup.
To the United States, by Canada Post Tracked Packet: small $18.76, medium $22.33, large $27.03. The US charges import duty on every parcel, and we prepay it so there’s nothing to pay on delivery: it’s a separate line at checkout, 20% of your items plus $5 for processing.
Orders going anywhere else outside Canada may be charged import duties and taxes by the destination country when they arrive. Those aren’t included in our prices and are paid by the recipient.

Free. Choose Campus pickup at checkout and tell us the student’s name.
We email you when your order is ready. The student collecting it shows that email at the campus store.
Families anywhere in the world can choose campus pickup, and your student can bring it home.

Unworn items with their tags can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of delivery or pickup.
Return them in person at the campus store, or by mail at your own cost.
Socks are final sale.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with.

Prices are in Canadian dollars, before tax. Tax is calculated at checkout from where your order is going; campus pickup orders are taxed at BC rates.
